Each year, the AAUP-Utica proudly awards three $1,000 scholarships during our annual spring luncheon. These awards recognize students who embody the core values of our association, including academic freedom, integrity, and service to the community.
☆ Undergraduate Student Scholarships ☆
We award two distinct scholarships to undergraduate students. While both require an outstanding academic record and a commitment to service, each has a specific area of emphasis. While any nominee should have both an outstanding academic record and an interest in service to the community, the emphasis is different, with the Millett scholarship highlighting academic excellence and the Crisafulli scholarship highlighting service.
Nominations are reviewed by a subcommittee of the Governing Board, which determines the final winners.
