AAUP-UC Contract Extended Thru April 22, 2016

The current Utica College — AAUP-UC Collective Bargaining Agreement has been extended through April 22, 2016 as negotiations continue to move forward. The decision to extend the contract is based on the fact that the negotiations remain positive, productive and professional. We are making progress with each session.

If raises/increases are negotiated into our new contract, we anticipate they will be retroactive to the original end date of the CBA, as has been the case in previous negotiations.

For your reference, the current CBA can be found here.

If you have not yet joined the AAUP-UC, please take a moment to do so now. Your membership and support are very important.

If you have any questions or concerns about negotiations, or any workplace issue, please don’t hesitate to contact the AAUP-UC President, Paul J. MacArthur.

Thank you for your patience and continued support of the AAUP-UC.
