Please set time aside in your calendars to attend this meeting if you can. We will be discussing the current status of negotiations and other items.

The current Utica College — AAUP-UC Collective Bargaining Agreement has been extended thru December 21, 2015 as negotiations continue to move forward.
If raises/increases are negotiated into our new contract, we anticipate they will be retroactive to the original end date of the CBA, as has been the case in previous negotiations.

If you are due a base salary increase for a favorable Professional Development evaluation (see 8.14 of the CBA) and/or promotion (see 18.2 of the CBA), such increase(s) should already be reflected in the paychecks you receive in August.
