The current Utica College — AAUP-UC Collective Bargaining Agreement has been extended through May 31, 2016 as negotiations continue to move forward. 

If raises/increases are negotiated into our new contract, we anticipate they will be retroactive to the original end date of the CBA, as has been the case in previous negotiations.

If you are due a base salary increase for a favorable Professional Development evaluation (see 8.14 of the CBA) and/or promotion (see 18.2 of the CBA), such increase(s) should already be reflected in the paychecks you receive in August.
